Hello, I have a question. Can I remotely change the set temperature for heating using the Ariston Net application? I can change the hot water temperature, but I'm not sure if it's possible to change the heating temperature remotely or how to do it. Besides that, everything is working correctly and I'm satisfied, but I would really like to be able to change the set temperature remotely.

Good day. I have a GENUS ONE with a Sensys Net thermostat. Underfloor heating. My question: What values of "Regulation Curve Slope" and what "Compensation Temperature" should I choose in (or how do I decide the most convenient)? If it helps, here is the data.

Room temperature showing in Fahrenheit and not celsius. Does anyone know how to change this on the room sensor? Thank you.

I tried to adjust the bar setting with the magnet tool supplied to the underneath of the unit, it went up to 32 bar and will not come down.

What is the ideal room temperature?

Most people find that the ideal room temperature is between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius.

Why is my water heater and boiler not producing hot water?

There could be several reasons for this issue. First, make sure that the power supply to the unit is intact. Check if the circuit breaker or fuse is not tripped or blown. Additionally, ensure that the gas or electricity supply is not interrupted. If these factors are not the cause, it might be a problem with the thermostat or heating element. Consider resetting the thermostat or contacting a professional for further assistance.
